226th Convention of the Diocese of New Jersey

Please make sure you are registered if you are planning to attend convention. This includes all clergy; lay deputies and alternates; visitors; volunteers, such as youth pages, ushers, and young adults; exhibitors; and diocesan staff.

Beginning this year, there will be a $20 registration fee for all clergy, lay deputies, alternates, and visitors.

Online registration for convention and meals
U
ntil midnight on 21 February 2010, you'll be able to register online. This saves time, paper, and postage.

If you choose to register online, you must pay for the event in full at the time of registration by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) or by electronic check. We don't limit the size of credit card transactions, but our online check processing service limits electronic check transactions to $300 or less. You will receive both a financial statement and confirmation letter via email.

You can rest assured that information we collect will never be shared with anyone outside of the Diocesan Office. In addition, all financial transactions are secured with SSL128-bit encryption, keeping your financial information private and secure.

Although paper registration is still available, online registration is a convenience to you and a good practice of stewardship in saving paper and postage. We encourage you to participate and contact us if you have any questions.

Cancellation/Refund Policy A full refund will be given for cancellations made three weeks (21 days) or more before the event. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than three weeks (21 days) before the event.

Privacy policy All registration and financial information given by you to the Diocese of New Jersey is kept strictly confidential. No information will ever be sold to or shared with any third party.

Who must register
The Convention of the Diocese of New Jersey is open to all clergy and lay deputies of the diocese, as well as visitors. Everyone must register before attending this event.
